Welcome! My name is Sara and I am a licensed therapist here in California. Thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about me. I look forward to getting to know you! I am a strong believer that the power of therapy can help you make big changes in your life, and for the better. I greet each new client with dignity, respect, and understanding. I know that anxiety that comes with sending the first message to ask for help. I always tell my clients to just show up... I can help you fill in the rest. As your therapist, my role will be to create a non-judgmental environment for you every session. We form a trusted connection that allows you to feel comfortable in our virtual sessions together. You may not know the "why" to what brings you to therapy. But, you most often know the way those symptoms make you feel and how your life could be better. Whether you are new to therapy or have been in therapy in the past, I take a strengths based approach. Let's see what is working and has worked in the past and build from there.
